We got ourselves ActiveReportsJS. The info on how to activate the license is really lacking, especially for the designer and the embedded web viewer. I'm having trouble linking to a database with the designer to create the report.

"Issues with SupportOne's Technical Assistance"
The responses from the tech support guy (Ashwin) are top-notch. However, SupportOne is dealing with some ongoing technical glitches. At times, when I try to make a post, it just stops working without any explanation. I keep getting an HTTP 417 error. I've put in a lot of effort to debug the situation and shot off an email on July 23, but still no reply. The issue popped up again today, so I sent another email.
